Chef Tony Pope graduated from Johnson and Wales and has been cultivating his craft over the years around the globe as executive chef and co-owner of well regarded restaurants in Charleston, Atlanta and New Orleans. He subsequently gained notice on Zagat's exclusive top 50list for best restaurants in the World. 

Chef Tony Pope is currently the owner and executive chef of Crosta Italian in Beaufort, South Carolina, where he pushes culinary limits with creative and imitative farm to table Tuscan Fare.
